Conservation Plans
While we leave much of the land management on the AWRR to the land and its natural processes, we don't take a completely hands-off approach. Past and current land uses have brought our way invasives species, erosion, increasing temperatures, and ever more erratic rainfall, and it is up to us to build resiliency in the habitats of the AWRR while balancing our role as a reference area and field research station.
